1.What’s the mini order?
Sample order is available, 20ft container with two different models can be mixed.
2.How long is the delivery time?
It will take from 25 days to 45 days depends on the model and quantity.
3.Can I order spare parts?
We have all the parts list available for our models.
4.How about warranty  ?
Electric bikes have EU en15194 certifications, it's  24 months warranty, don't include wearing parts.
Lithium battery and Motor are 24 months warranty.  
Electric bike parts have CE certifications,  all are 12months warranty.
5.How about the shipping  ?
Usually, we do FOB terms, arrange inland transport. Also, you can do your shipping forwarder.
6.What certificate do you have for Hoverbaord ?
We have CE/EMC/MD/ROHS/LVD/UL2272/R&TTE for hoverbaord.
Our factory have got ISO9001/BSCI certificate.
7. Could i do OEM to use my own LOGO or design on goods?
Yes. We can do your own LOGO or your language manual etc for wholesale order. Price depend on the quantity.
